How it works
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology driven by pressure with the help of the function of selective permeable (semi-permeable) membrane. When the pressure applied in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the inlet water solution, water molecules continuously permeate the membrane and flow into the central tube through the water production channel, and then flow out of the impurities in the water at one end, such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc.Is trapped at the water inlet side of the membrane and then flows out at the concentrated water outlet end, thereby achieving the purpose of separation and purification.

Maintance
Acid cleaning of reverse osmosis equipment
1. Turn off the chemical cleaning pump, turn off the inlet valve and outlet valve of chemical cleaning, and let it stand and soak for 1 hour. If the pollution is serious, the soaking time can be extended.
2.Open the inlet valve and outlet valve of chemical cleaning, start the chemical cleaning pump, and circulate the cleaning for 1 hour.
3. Check the pH in the bucket every ten minutes for three consecutive times until there is no significant change in the pH value for three consecutive times.
4.Wash with water that meets the inlet water index of reverse osmosis. In order to prevent precipitation, the low-pressure washing temperature is 20 ℃ until the pH and conductivity of the water discharged from the cleaning outlet are close to the inlet water index.
5. After cleaning, empty the cleaning bucket and filter, and rinse them with clean water.
